Welcome to the CHERITH Beach Retreat, a curated 3-day, 3-night art & leadership experience where women with lots on their plates come away to breathe, rest, restore, re-inspire and rise brighter than before - on a barrier island on Florida’s sparkling Space Coast.

What the CHERITH Beach Retreat Includes:

The Retreat Space

Relax in a comfy air-conditioned space as you re-start your creativity and refine your steps for the next season.
Nature
Enjoy the sunshine by the pool, watch for manatees, rays and dolphins in the Banana River or walk or bike to the beach just a couple of blocks away.
Your SON-shine Filled Itinerary:
☀️ Thursday – Golden Hour Welcome
Cross one of the 3 main bridges to the island and arrive 5:30- 6:00 PM.
Ease into retreat mode with a breezy reception. Light bites and great conversation will set the tone for a weekend of radiant restoration.
About 7:00 PM enjoy your first sunset walk on Cocoa Beach, followed by a short session to set the tone for the weekend, and a hot tub soak before bed.
☀️ Friday - Spark
Enjoy an unhurried morning with a beach stroll, journaling, or even kayaking nearby for the more adventurous. Sunrise is at 7:15 AM if you decide to see it.
10 AM brings a fresh and powerful session in our beautiful meeting space, designed to guide you into your next level of creativity and vision.
Followed by a group lunch (included) and time to laugh, connect, and recharge with other extraordinary leaders.
Enjoy an art activity for the afternoon or stake your claim by the pool for some recharging in the sunshine.
In the evening we head over to one of our favorite dockside restaurants (each pays their own) after which you are free to catch live music at a local mom and pop place, take a stroll on the beach or unwind under the stars or in the hot tub.
☀️ Saturday – Flow
8 AM meet for a light breakfast (included) and Cocoa Beach art activity before it gets too warm, followed by a picnic lunch (included) and share time.
In the afternoon we have a surprise group excursion. Followed by a free evening to enjoy dinner (on your own or with your new friends) at the famous Cocoa Beach Pier or one of one of our fabulous local restaurants.
☀️ Sunday (optional) - Synthesis
We’ll gather one last time over a light breakfast (included) at 9 AM, followed by a closing session and worship.
You’ll leave refreshed, refocused, and ready to shine even brighter in your next season.
Finishing up by 11:00 AM.
